Migraine is periodic attack of headache, usually on one side of head.Severe throbbing pain is sometimes accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Some migraine patients have warning symptoms before headache, including visual disturbances, weakness, numbness or dizziness. It affects whole psychosomatic entity. It is type of chronic one sided disease. A patient presented with the complain with migraine with aura visited the hospital OPD. He was treated with Lachesis. Lachesis had given on basis of individualization. This patient is improved with the lachesis 1M. Migraine can be improved with the help of homoeopathy on the basis of individualization.

Introduction
Migraine is a periodic attack of headache which may be associate with aura or without aura. The person with the migraine recurrently suffers with the severe attack of a headache which hampered their routine life. Migraine attacks are mostly triggered by emotional changes, hormonal changes, sleep pattern changes, any food articles, environmental factors like heat and cold any weather changes, strong smelling substances. According to organ on of medicine 5th edition aphorisnm no 172 to 184 migraine is comes under one sided disease where the one part of person is predominantly affected. Homoeopathic treatment is based on individualization which is given in aphorism no 82 and 83. We can have the sign and symptoms of the case and make the totality accordingly. In other system of medicine there is not any particular treatment for migraine but in homoeopathy we are having better scope for treatment of migraine

Material and methods
The case has been taken from Sainath Hospital Attach with Rajkot Homoeopathic medical college. work has been analyzed with individualization. Homeopathic Medical repertory, A modern alphabetic and practical repertory by Robin Murphey a third edition is used for analyzed the case.
Case of presentation
32 years old man comes with the headache in the clinic. He was suffered with the headache since 1 to 1.5 years. He took the allopathic treatment for the same without any relief.
In headache he had left sided headache. He is having severe bursting pain. He cannot remember anything during headache. He is having vertigo with headache. Headache is aggravated after waking. And better by working (occupying the mind in anything). He is having darkness in vision before headache.
He is also having pain in back with headache and become irritable with headache. Don’t like to do anything with headache. Even don’t like to eat with headache.
Life event
Her wife has cheated him before 2 years. She left him alone and she is having extra marital affair. After that the complaint has been started. He became angry on her. He wants to destroy her and want to take revenge. He felt guilty for his parents and family because he is not able to working well because of headache

Discussion and conclusion
Migraine is a disorder that affects the whole psychosomatic aspect. This case concludes that the homeopathic system is a better line of treatment in cases of migraine if treatment is done on individualization of the patient. And single dose and single medicine is effective for the treatment of migraine
