1. Consultation Fees
All fees for online homeopathic consultations must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Payment can be made through the available payment options provided on our website.
2. Cancellation and Refunds

Consultation Cancellations:
- If you wish to cancel your scheduled online consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your consultation if you request it at least 12 hours before the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate a new appointment time based on availability.
3. Missed Appointments
- If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the fee is non-refundable. We encourage you to inform us in advance if you cannot attend.
4. Technical Issues

Client-Side Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties (such as internet or device problems) during the online consultation, refunds will not be provided. However, you may request to reschedule the consultation at no extra charge if the issue is reported within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.

Provider-Side Issues: In the event of technical issues on our side that prevent the consultation from taking place, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment. The exact time frame for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- Missed appointments without prior notice.
- Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation.
- Incomplete consultations due to client-side technical issues.
